Forum Usage Policy:

By Registering at =ATU= you agree to abide by the Forum Usage Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Administration reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect the well being of =ATU= Clan and its members. If you feel that administration's action's were abusive or you are upset by the outcome people contact the Administration.

Spam on the forums in any form is strictly prohibited. All material deemed Spam will be removed and your =ATU= account maybe suspended or terminated.

Flame Wars are strictly prohibited. All threads that turn into Flame Wars will be removed.

Harassment/Racism will not be tolerated. This includes Derogatory statements towards someone's race, creed, gender, sexuality or religion.

Promotion of illegal or pirated Software and/or Programs is strictly prohibited.

Pornographic or Sexually Explicit material is strictly prohibited.

All Users are responsible for their own forum conduct and content.

Game Server Rules:

NO Racism-
Racial slurs implies the use of derogatory statements towards someone's race, creed, gender, sexuality or religion.
User of Racial slurs will result in an Auto Ban from =ATU= Clan Servers

No Main Base/Spawn Camping-
Base Camping implies killing the enemy team in there Main Spawn area or Base you can NOT capture.
Base Camping/Raping may result in a Warning, Being Slayed, Kicked from the server or Banned.
This also applies to using jets or helicopters to attack the main base area.

No Hacking-
Hacking or Cheating creates an unfair advantage, usually in one's own interest, and often at the expense of others.
Cheating encompasses the spectrum of any alteration of the official game code or associated files Or the use of a program
that is meant to alter the behavior of a game in a way that either gives an advantage
to a player(s) using it or gives a disadvantage to player(s) not using it.
This also includes Glitching & Stats Padding of any kind.
Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban from everything =ATU= Clan related.

No Griefing-
Griefing is not limited to but includes Team Killing, Destroying your own Teams Assets or Vehicles,Chat or Voice Spam.
Shooting at friendly Aircraft or not taking off in a Jet or Helicopter. If you act like an ass-hat you will be muted, slayed, kicked or Banned.

Wait in Line-
Wait your turn to use Vehicles. If players are waiting before you for a vehicle they have the right of way.
Let them use the vehicle before you. Players not waiting their turn or Griefing to get a Vehicle will be kicked or banned.

No Advertising/Recruiting-
Players caught Advertising or Recruiting for other Clan's, Game Server's or Website's is strictly prohibited.
=ATU= Reserves the sole right to advertise on our Servers. All other's will be Banned.

Misc Rules-
No Team Switching, Please stay on the Team the server or admin puts you on. Players may be kicked for constant Team Switching
Players may be moved at any time for team balance.

The =ATU= Clan reserves the right to revise or append our Terms of Service, General Rules, Forum Rules and other policies at anytime deemed necessary. Notices or revision of ant =ATU= Clan policies will be announced or posted.
