Terms of Service Agreement

All Services provided by the =ATU= Clan are subject to our Terms of Service. This encompasses =ATU= Website, Game Servers, and Voice Servers. All Users whether Registered or not MUST comply with the =ATU= Terms of Service. =ATU= Clan does not actively monitor our Services under normal usage. =ATU= does reserve the right to remove any material that may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this Terms of Service. Violation of the =ATU= Terms of Service may result in the suspension or termination of either your access to =ATU= Services and/or your =ATU= Clan website account.

VIOLATIONS OF =ATU= Clan's Terms of Service

1. Using =ATU= Services to distribute Pornographic or Sexually Explicit material in any nature (post,thread,Private Message,Blog or Email)

2. Using =ATU= Services to Threaten or Harass, any User in any nature (Post,Thread,Private Message,Blog or Email)

3. Using =ATU= Services for Fraudulent Activity. This includes impersonation of any user in any way. Collection of 3rd party information without their knowledge or consent and Mass Emailing

4. Commercial Activity. No one is allowed to advertise on =ATU= Service without the written consent of =ATU=

5. Using =ATU= Services to promote illegal or pirated Software and/or Programs in any nature (Post,Thread,Private Message,Blog or Email)

6. Using =ATU= Services to promote Hack and/or 3rd Party Programs in any nature (Post,Thread,Private Message,Blog or Email)

Please Report any violations of the =ATU= Clan Terms of Service to the website Administrators

The =ATU= Clan reserves the right to revise or append our Terms of Service, General Rules, Forum Rules and other policies at anytime deemed necessary. Notices or revision of ant =ATU= Clan policies will be announced or posted.
